There are several programmes from donkey rides, donkey entertainment, art workshops to traditional crafts. Come try new things in a rural environment while fully interacting with this region and its culture and traditions. You may choose to participate in two concurrent activities, donkeys and art, or in one activity.

IN THE LAP OF MOTHER NATURE

Walk through a valley under the shade of dense vegetation, along with an introduction to local species, including cistus, cork oak and heather, always by the hand of the green nature of Vale das Amoreiras, to our “Sítio dos Burros”!

POTTERY WORKSHOP

Brief demonstration of the art of kneading the clay, the correct use of the potter’s wheel, centering the clay, making a piece and how to remove it from the wheel. Then, each one at a time, under the guidance of Elsa, you will have the opportunity to make your own piece that will take you with you.

Friday and Saturday morning at 10am (1am to 1:30 am)
