Tai Chi Chuan is the internal Chinese martial art that applies the basic principles of Taoist philosophy and the concepts of supreme balance, represented by the tai ji symbol, better known as Yin Yang, considered by Chinese philosophers to be the law that governs the universe.
Qi Gong, a practice directly linked to Traditional Chinese Medicine, aims at the internal systems of energy work for therapeutic purposes, and is also applied in some Chinese martial arts, such as Tai Chi Chuan.
INSTRUCTOR: Sofia Gradim – Practitioner of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong since the age of 11, she has been dedicating her life and her love to this ancient practice, dedicating herself body and soul and being recognized for it. She was winning titles of champion and vice-champion in competitions, national and international.
