Cancellation Policy
According to the Internal Regulations, Article 44 – Amendments/Cancellations, guests should be aware of the following:
1. Salema Eco Camp reserves the right to cancel a reservation. This will only occur in cases of force majeure, duly justified and communicated to the guest as soon as possible;
2. Guests may amend their reservation up to 7 days prior to the check-in date;
3. If a reservation is cancelled by the guest up to 7 days before the check-in date, Salema Eco Camp will refund the full amount already paid;
4. If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the check-in date, Salema Eco Camp will not refund the amount already paid, except in cases of force majeure, duly substantiated;
5. Failure to arrive without prior notice (no-show) will require payment of the full reservation amount;
6. In the event of cancellation or early departure during the stay by the guest, no refund will be made for any amount already paid, nor may the remaining stay be used at a later date.
