We welcome all types of camping: motorhomes, caravans (all sizes), tents, rooftop tents and trailer tents. Whatever your travel style, there is always a place for you.

We offer different camping areas, each with its own character. From shady spots under the trees to open spaces, from quiet corners to areas close to the main facilities, you can choose the place that suits you best.

Here, a real connection with nature comes first. Traditional camping with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a 24-hour coworking space, restaurant, Eco Store, free beach shuttle, and sustainable solutions such as composting and recycling.

Is it necessary to book in advance to camp?

We do not take reservations for specific camping pitches. At check-in, whenever possible, we will accompany you to the area that best suits your needs.At Salema Eco Camp, we do not use numbered pitches.

Spaces are occupied based on availability at the time of arrival, and it is common for guests to leave a chair, table, or other object to show they are temporarily away. You can arrive at any time until 9:00 PM, but we recommend arriving during daylight hours so you can explore the site and choose your favorite spot.

What facilities are available for campers?

The park has everything you need for a worry-free stay: sanitary facilities distributed throughout the property, a wastewater disposal point and water supply, a coworking space open 24 hours a day, a restaurant, an Eco Store, a barbecue area and electric charging. For those working from the park, there is also a private office for online meetings. And, because mobility matters too, we offer free transfers to the beach and to our partner pool at the Santo António Golf Resort.

Are there options for tents, caravans and motorhomes?

Yes. We have spaces for tents, caravans and motorhomes. Whatever your way of travelling, you will always find a place designed for you.

Is the environment more family-oriented, or is it also suitable for solo travellers?

Our campsite celebrates diversity. Families, couples, groups or solo travellers — everyone finds their place here

 

Is the campsite open all year round?

Yes. Salema Eco Camp welcomes you in every season, because nature has no closed season.

Is there a minimum number of nights to camp?

There is no minimum. But fair warning: those who arrive for one night rarely stay just one.

Can I camp with pets?

Yes, all animals are welcome. An additional fee applies. Contact us for further details.

 

Are toilets and showers available 24 hours a day?

Yes. All shower blocks are accessible at any time of the day or night.

What is the price per night for a two-person tent?

Prices vary depending on the time of year.

Low season – 16 October to 31 May

  • Adult: €6.00
  • Tent: €7.00
  • Total: €19.00 + €0.30 waste fee per person/night

High season – 1 to 31 August
