Empreita Workshop — An Algarve Tradition

The Empreita Workshop invites each participant to reconnect with their hands, the native dwarf palm, and their own inner creativity.

By weaving plant fibres, we naturally enter a meditative state that fosters presence, calm, and a deeper connection to the ancestral craft we are practising. More than a workshop, this is an experience of wellbeing, lightness, and personal discovery.

During the session, participants will learn traditional weaving techniques and create their own handcrafted object, inspired by ancestral basketry methods.
