Full Moon Gathering

Another full moon rises, another cycle comes to an end.

There is so much beauty in these celestial rhythms. We gather in circle not because we have forgotten who we are, but because everyday life can sometimes draw us away from that inner knowing.

Coming together reminds us that we are cyclical beings, deeply connected to the Earth. She is the one who feeds us, holds us and carries us through every season. In honouring her, we remember who we are.

This Full Moon arrives under the soft and deep energy of Pisces. It is an invitation to step away, for a moment, from logic and rigidity, and make space for something more fluid.

In this experience, we will combine pranayama and kriya yoga (breathwork and energetic practices) with meditation, reflection and ceremonial cacao, creating a space to quieten the noise and turn our attention inward.

Registration is required by 26 August, so we can prepare the space and enough ceremonial cacao for everyone.

What to bring

• A journal and pen
• Your favourite mug or cup
• A bottle of water
• An item for the central altar (optional)
• Comfortable, warm clothing
