Capoeira for Families
Capoeira for Families
Come and discover a cosy, intimate and safe space where parents and children connect through play, movement and rhythm.
Capoeira brings together music, dance and play in a shared experience that draws parents and children closer. In this introductory session, families try their first movements and rhythms together, in a relaxed atmosphere and at their own pace.
The introductory session is led by Sara Saggin, a physical education teacher, capoeirista and osteopath with over 20 years’ experience.
For children of all ages, accompanied by one or both parents. No previous capoeira experience is needed.
